This program is set for 6 weeks to focus on building, strengthening and developing your glutes and lower body.

Included in this program will be a series of gym based and home based glute workouts which you will find within the workouts section on the RFS fitness app.

There will also be a private Facebook group which includes demonstration videos and the chance to speak directly to your RFS coaches who will help and guide you with your progress.
